Make sure that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Sign in to your on-line file. Under the Services transactionnels tab (transaction services), click on Saisir une demande d’aide financière – Mesure pour atténuer la hausse du prix du propane (apply for financial assistance – measure to mitigate the rise in propane prices) and follow the instructions to fill out and send your application.

You have never accessed your on-line file? Please refer to the How do I register? section.

If you do not have a FADQ file, contact the service centre in your area to open your client file and your on-line file.
