The application form will be available in the online file in December 2024.

The objective of the Initiative is to provide financial assistance to agricultural businesses specializing in strawberry, raspberry, potato and field vegetable production that have suffered damage resulting in additional expenses due to excess rainfall during the 2023 growing season.

The businesses targeted are those located in the following regions:

  • Bas-Saint-Laurent
  • Capitale-Nationale
  • Centre-du-Québec
  • Chaudière-Appalaches
  • Côte-Nord
  • Estrie
  • Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine
  • Lanaudière
  • Laurentides
  • Laval
  • Mauricie
  • Montérégie
  • Montréal
  • Outaouais
  • Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean

The Initiative was developed under the AgriRecovery framework, through collaboration between the federal and provincial governments.

It was established by the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) and is administered by La Financière agricole du Québec (FADQ).
