Description – Financial Data Preparation Fee Reimbursement Measure

This measure aims to reimburse part of the financial data preparation costs for certain agricultural businesses.

The goal of this initiative is to:

• facilitate access to the AgriStability program;
• simply interim payment use.

A two-component measure

Component 1 – Reimbursing fees for the first financial information declaration

Component 2 – Reimbursing fees for preparing financial information estimates

The measure took effect on June 21, 2024, and involves a $1 million commitment over a maximum of 5 years.
