Financial Assistance Payment

Financial assistance is provided under the Measure to support grain corn producers in mitigating the impact of the 2019 rise in propane prices in Québec in the form of a maximum flat rate amount of $23.50 per hectare of eligible grain corn areas for up to $50,000 per farm business.

Financial assistance can be paid in more than one instalment for each eligible application. The final amount paid per hectare may be different to remain within the Measure’s budget limit.
