Our on-line services can be used with confidence. Rigorous measures are in place to guarantee secure transactions and confidentiality of information. We have servers that ensure highly secure connections. They are equipped with protection mechanisms against loss or unauthorized use of the information transmitted by users.

We use encryption to secure transactions in the on-line services section (for instance cryptography, including algorithms, keys, etc.).

The icon that depicts a lock in the browser address bar shows that the session is secured. When browsing our on-line services section, click on the lock to display our site’s security certificate information.

The idle period when using our on-line services is 30 minutes. The idle period is based on the time elapsed between two tasks requiring an intervention by our computer resources (servers).

Examples of tasks that require an intervention:

• Changing a page;
• Confirming data entered;
• Consulting a PDF, consulting Help.

Examples of tasks that do not require an intervention:

• Entering information in the fields provided for that purpose, without confirming it;
• Using another software program on your workstation.

You are responsible for always maintaining the confidentiality of the data used to prove your identity, including your user code and password.

We recommend that you exercise caution when you give certain personal information to a third party.
You are responsible for the use of your user ID by yourself or by any third party (other than an employee of La Financière agricole).

Please inform us of any unauthorized use of your user code or password. They belong to you alone and must never be disclosed to anyone.

Tips for keeping your user code or password confidential:

• Never disclose or share your password.
• Avoid writing down your password anywhere.
• Change your password regularly.

Optimize your computer’s protection against threats.

Exploitation system and software

Always keep your computer’s exploitation system up-to-date, along with the different software programs that are installed. The updates may include security corrections.

Web browser and plug-ins

Updating your Web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.) and your plug-ins (Adobe Flash, etc.) is also very important, since they may include security corrections. If automatic updates are available, activate them.

Once you have finished using your on-line file, correctly end your session and close your browser. This will enable deletion of cache memory or stored information from your computer or browser. This makes it impossible for anyone to view this information.

We do not request personal information by e-mail. Do not trust or reply to e-mail that seems to come from La Financière agricole that asks you to confirm personal information.
