To be eligible for the Agri-Québec Plus program, you must participate in the AgriStability program. You must also meet these conditions:
- Individual
- Be domiciled in Québec and provide your social insurance number.
- Joint-stock company
- Have head office and main place of business in Québec. Hold share capital of which at least 50% of the voting rights are held by one or more shareholders domiciled in Québec or who have their head office and main place of business in Québec.
- Partnership (general, joint venture, limited) or non-profit organization
- Have main place of business in Québec.
- Be composed, for at least half of its members, of persons domiciled in Québec or who have their head office and main place of business in Québec and who have at least 50% of the shares of the partnership.
- Cooperative
- Have head office and main place of business in Québec.
- Be composed, for at least half of its members, of persons domiciled in Québec or who have their head office and main place of business in Québec.
- Trust
- Have been created for the purpose of operating a farm business located in Québec.
- Be composed, for at least half of its beneficiaries, of persons domiciled in Québec or who have their head office and main place of business in Québec.
